Clean, comfortable apartment in a vibrant walkable neighborhood packed with restaurants, shops, and cafés. Perfect location with responsive host and cozy hotel-style accommodations.

I had a quick one night stay here and it was just what I needed. The location is fantastic, walkable to nearby shops and restaurants. The building is new, and I didn't have issues finding parking. It is a cozy unit, and was perfect for a solo traveler.

Everything was perfect for a quick “staycation” on the East side of Portland. Our hostess, Delanie was incredible! After forgetting the entry code, she went above and beyond to ensure i had secure access and made me feel very comfortable in her responses. To say this sweet little space is close to everything is an UNDERSTATEMENT. Everything; restaurants, shops, etc. is right at your toe tips! It was fantastic.

This apartment is located very well, but certainly needs maintenance. The bathroom tap was not fixed to the counter/sink. The shower is fitted with a curtain, and the flat base means all the water splashes out onto the floor, leaving the bathroom very wet. This is clearly a problem as we saw silverfish bugs (which live in moisture). The lightbulbs in the apartment were all switched from the chandelier and nightstands, which aesthetically did not look good, and disrupted the lighting. There was a big black curtain in the middle of the room which was not shown in the pictures. The coat rack was broken and balancing against the wall. As soon as you hang your coats it would fall and not hold the weight of jackets, completely difunctional. Overall this apartment is pictured well, but not worth the price point advertised. Its small and dark with just one window. no closet space, and finished to a very basic level. It needs maintenance and upscaling for it to be worth the price paid.

This was my second time booking this Airbnb and it suited my needs.

Love the location! Right next to main strip of restaurants and shops! No problems finding parking.

We really enjoyed staying at Delanie’s place. It was clean and in a great location walking distance to many amenities. Communication was great too, and very helpful specially since I unfortunately I had left my phone in her place and she was kind enough to arrange shipping to send the phone. Really appreciate the extra help, and would definitely recommend Delanie’s place.
