Very nice place to stay at, bed is comfortable and very good space for two people, Just BEWARE of super thin walls our two nights it was hard to fall asleep as others were being noisy and super early in the morning.

Pros: clean and comfortable, close to Alberta st. Great location! Cons: there was a door not pictured in the listing & people directly on the opposite side. Just like Joshua’s review says, we could hear everything on the other side of the door which made this place not feel private. While the listing emphasizes the privacy of this studio it was clearly a room within a larger space being rented by others with little attempt to create privacy. We heard someone talking on the phone and loud music from the moment we checked in - the sound was as if they were in the room with us. It was also concerning to realize that the door at the foot of our bed may have been accessible to others with a keycode. I would not feel safe staying here alone and wouldn’t recommend it to a friend. The host just said sorry and it must’ve been a surprising for us since we didn’t know and were sorry there was noise. While i did not feel a need to contact support, i do feel the listing was greatly misrepresented.

Great host and great place to stay!

The studio is nice! But be aware the walls are thin. You can hear the other people go up and down the stairs and walk/talk pretty well. There is about an inch gap between the floor and the door that separates the studio to the other unit. As a female it was concerning as it felt like someone could put something (such as a camera) underneath the door and look into your space. The entrance door has a large frosted glass panel that when someone’s else yard light comes on it lights up your space, which as a female it felt invasive.

Space was clean and tidy. Location was great. We had an issue that maintenance needed to take care of and it was solved very quickly with great communication.

So, for 1 the airbnb is MUCH closer to the main street than I thought which was is amazing. 2, Delain gave amazing recommendations and even answered some travel planning questions which really helped me maximize the time I had. Definitely keeping this saved for any future visits

Bedroom area
1 queen bed
A vibrant corridor of murals, independent shops, craft cocktail bars, and some of Portland's best brunch spots. Last Thursday art walks (May–September) transform the street into an open-air gallery.

Wake up and stroll to Proud Mary for coffee, grab ice cream at Salt & Straw, or head to Alberta Park just a few blocks away. Don’t miss Expatriate for a drink, Pine State Biscuits or Tin Shed for brunch and a soak at Kennedy School.
