Portland's BestAbout Large Group Stays
Getting the whole crew together is the best part of any trip, and Portland is the perfect city to do it. Our group-friendly homes sleep eight or more guests comfortably, with open floor plans, multiple bathrooms, and communal spaces designed for hanging out -- not just sleeping. Think spacious living rooms, big dining tables, game rooms, and backyards with room to spread out.
Whether you're planning a family reunion, a bachelor or bachelorette weekend, a corporate retreat, or just a long overdue friends' trip, our large group rentals keep everyone together without anyone feeling cramped. Many are in walkable neighborhoods close to Portland's best restaurants, breweries, and attractions, so you can split up during the day and reconvene for dinner.
Booking one big house is almost always more affordable and more fun than splitting the group across hotel rooms. Our team can help you find the right fit based on your group size, budget, and must-have amenities. Just reach out -- we do this every day.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the largest group you can accommodate?
Several of our properties sleep 12-16+ guests across multiple bedrooms. If your group is larger, we can coordinate bookings at nearby properties so everyone stays in the same neighborhood.
Are your large group homes suitable for events?
Some properties welcome small celebrations and gatherings. Let us know what you're planning when you inquire and we'll match you with a property that fits. Quiet hours and neighbor courtesy policies apply to all bookings.
Can we get an early check-in for a large group?
We do our best to accommodate early check-in requests, especially for large groups coordinating travel from different locations. Let us know your arrival plans and we'll confirm timing at least 48 hours before your stay.
Is there a discount for longer group stays?
Yes, most of our properties offer weekly and monthly discounts that are automatically applied at checkout. For stays of a week or longer, reach out directly and we can often offer additional group pricing.
