Location was excellent! Close to all the spots we wanted to visit during our stay. House was roomy enough for all of us. Chase was extremely responsive and helpful from initial booking to check out and I really appreciated it. Also appreciated the easy cleaning instructions. We did have an issue with the front door being jammed. Chase did offer to have someone come fix it but we declined since we were there only there a short time. Two suggestions for future stays is to have the AC manual available because the unit is not as intuitive to operate as we would have liked it to be as well as having an exterior light in the backyard if and when people need to enter/exit through the back door.

Pretty solid place, very walkable to Alberta. Lots to do and see right out the door. Despite what the title says, it's certainly a 3 bedroom (not 4 bedrooms). I think the couch pulls out in the living room, but you'd be hard pressed to call that a bedroom. Also there is a bit of an odd duck as a neighbor who's very sound sensitive. Overall good place to stay though!

Great neighborhood and nice house. I visited with two coworkers and it was nice to have the three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Easy drive to the Oregon convention center. It was quiet and no real issues except it was hard to sleep because it felt too warm upstairs (where all bedrooms are). I couldn't figure out how to lower the temperature or even open the windows late at night when tired. All three of us found it a little too hot so I'd just recommend figuring out the settings before too late if you like it cooler at night.
