Use the booking email or phone number from the reservation. If the primary guest added you to the stay, use the email or phone number they shared for you.
From Trips, choose your reservation and open the Guest Portal for ID verification, arrival details, house info, and stay-specific instructions.
Before check-in instructions are released, complete identity verification and either place a refundable security deposit or purchase the non-refundable damage waiver.
Once required steps are complete, your Guest Portal is where you will find check-in instructions, door codes, Wi-Fi, and house manual details.
Make sure you are using the exact email address from your booking. If you booked through Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or another platform, your reservation may be tied to the relay email from that platform.
