Great location! Walkable to many restaurants, shops and breweries. The unit was spotless and the layout was perfect for our family of 7 adults. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable which isn't always the case so we appreciated that! Delanie was so fast at responding to our questions as well! We highly recommend this unit if you want a place in the Alberta Arts district.

Our stay was great! Delanie's home was just as described and lots of local bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The layout gave privacy but also had space for us to come together as a famliy. Would definitely choose Delanie's home again if I am in the area.

This was a great location to explore the Alberta area and launch into a full NE Portland tour. Wonderful options to eat and drink so close. The beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of towels and supplies. Delanie was very responsive and checked in with us during our stay.

On Last Thursdays of the month, the whole neighborhood turns into a lively open-air art walk with music, food, and local vendors.
