We’re on a long road trip with lots of gear strapped to our car, including a kayak, so finding somewhere we felt safe parking was especially important. We typically avoid staying in cities, but this neighborhood completely won us over! The location was fantastic, with a grocery store right across the street and so…

2BR/1BA • Remodeled Duplex • Heart of Hawthorne
This is a 3-4 bedroom house in a very good location. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Host is responsive and very accommodating (let us drop off our luggage early, which was so helpful!). The downstairs bedroom is comfortable, with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upstairs bedrooms share a hall bath with a cast-iron tub with rails and shower curtains around it.…

Stayed at Retro Charm - Hawthorne - 2BR - Walkable
Everything was as listed, and it was in a great little neighborhood! It being more on the east side is a plus, from what the locals say the east side is more where you want to look if nightlife is your interest! Great place!

Daniel was responsive and a great host. Place was private, well-kept and in a great, walkable location. Highly recommend!
