This is a nice AirBnB in a fantastic location. Chase was responsive but didn’t actually do anything useful to be honest. Just replied with lots of exclamation points yay! We had multiple instances where the neighbor to this unit threatened and berated us for parking in the parking space at the unit and yelling at my baby for crying for a few minutes when we arrived. He screamed at me every single day for locking the car and eventually slashed my tire in the middle of the night. I would not stay here until Chase confronts him and fixes his security camera so this guy (Kevin) won’t mess with future guests.

Had everything we needed in an excellent location. Kitchen was very well appointed. Off street parking was very handy.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but not far away from restaurants and stores (walking distances). Also, it is very well maintained and offers all essentials needed. However, the check-in process is rather difficult. It takes us 30 mins to get inside. When we arrived, it is already dark outside, and according to the instruction, the key is located in a lockbox (which was not even installed!). We searched for the lockbox for 10-15 mins in dark and in vain. Then I was told there was a backup key in the backyard, which took us another 10-15 mins to find the key, which turned out that it didn't fit the lock at all.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Chase's home. The location was perfect, just steps from Alberta St. The home was spotlessly clean, with a modern interior that still felt cozy. I highly recommend this property!

A vibrant corridor of murals, independent shops, craft cocktail bars, and some of Portland's best brunch spots. Last Thursday art walks (May–September) transform the street into an open-air gallery.
