The neighborhood location is the best thing about this place. Great walkable area with lots of shops and restaurants, yet this house just 1/2 a block away was quiet and peaceful. Really love having the individual AC mini-splits in each room with individual controls. Came across a few maintenance issues, but reported them to Chase and he received it as the constructive criticism it was meant to be and planned to attend to them immediately. I would stay here again if I come back to Portland.

Overall a great place to stay and wonderful host! We had some issues with the front door keypad when we first arrived. Chase was very quick to respond with helpful solutions, and was also very kind and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured and the beds were really comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet despite being less than half a block away from Alberta St which has tons of shops and restaurants. The location is also great - very close to the airport but also less than 20 minutes away to other major attractions throughout the city.

A vibrant corridor of murals, independent shops, craft cocktail bars, and some of Portland's best brunch spots. Last Thursday art walks (May–September) transform the street into an open-air gallery.
