Clean, pleasant space in a great neighborhood. I did have a problem with the shower; the host was quick to respond but the problem seemed endemic. (Apparently you have to leave the kitchen tap running or the water heater shuts off while showering, not exactly intuitive.) Apart from that, a good stay.

Ajs place was great. he was a great host and the place was very clean and super comfy bed. couldnt have been in a more ideal location as it is right in the heart of the alberta art district (where all of the shops and restaurants are) yet it was surprisingly quiet and serene and felt private.

AJ was a great communicator and had a lovely home! We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

All as described: a small, clean, functional space for minimalists, close to Alberta. Location ideal, bed super comfy, unit was clean and quiet and perfect for our short stay. Bonus! You can slip out the back alley & feel like a local :-) I was unable to raise the blinds and have them stay up, so the space did not look the same as in the photos.

The tiny home had everything you could need (and then some!). AJ was an amazing host!! Reliable/fast communication, helpful local recommendations, and really clear instructions. The spot was clean, the bed & pillows were super comfy & cozy, and there’s a split unit to keep things as cool/warm as needed-which is so nice. It’s always so nice to have a washer/dryer while traveling (just know ahead of time, the cycles may take a while compared to what you’re used to!) the spot is also in great neighborhood with lots of walkable food/coffee. Will definitely book again when I’m back in town.

I visit Portland pretty often and let me tell you- this AirBNB checked ALL the boxes. It's quiet, quaint and private–all while being only steps away from Alberta Street, which has all the restaurants, shops and activities you could ask for. I visited during a summer heatwave, so the AC was a godsend. Plenty of street parking is available around the neighborhood, so I never had an issue finding a spot. The host, AJ, was incredibly responsive, checking in multiple times throughout my stay, and made check-in and checkout a breeze. Other boxes that were checked: big refrigerator, super comfy bed, fast WIFI, ample dishware, nice desk/work area, and in-unit washer/dryer. All in all, I would 100% stay here again.

A vibrant corridor of murals, independent shops, craft cocktail bars, and some of Portland's best brunch spots. Last Thursday art walks (May–September) transform the street into an open-air gallery.
