Three couples stayed here over the long weekend. There was plenty of room for all of us. We hung out in the dining room/living room area and retired to our own rooms. The rental is beautiful and clean. There were plenty of dishes and utensils. We didn't cook so can't comment on that part. We felt welcomed. We visited some of Delanie's recommendations and were not disappointed. Han Oak, Sincerely Bagels were both fabulous. We also tried a couple of the coffee places around the neighborhood. There were so many fabulous restaurants within 5 minutes of the rental. Lots to do and a short drive over to the Pearl district and Downtown. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Delanie

The townhouse was spacious and perfect for our group. The rooms were clean, bright, and modern. The location enables easy car drives anywhere in Portland. Delanie was amazingly responsive and generous. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great place to stay if you want a modern home to crash at while exploring Portland with a number of adults or couples. The two top levels of bedrooms allow for both paired intimacy and privacy. Make sure to draw straws on who has to stay in the bottom floor bedroom ahead of time 😂❤️ If you are needing a kitchen to do lots of cooking in you won’t find everything you need but if you’re doing easy cooking and focusing on amazing Portland restaurants for food, you will be well stocked. I recommend walking to 24th and Glisan where you can find a speciality market, a route of locally owned restaurants, and a wine shop. You can continue down Glisan to get to more restaurants, galleries, etc, or head five more blocks south to stroll along Burnside. If downtown dancing is your schtick, you’re only a 10-15 minute drive/Uber away from that scene. You can head to Calle 6, Lagos, and more for a fun night out. You’re even closer to dancing on the east side of the river. Cheers

This place was perfect. It was clean, spacious, and near the convention center. Check-in was a breeze and their communication made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I would recommend.
