The Adelynn - 5BR Luxury in Walkable Portland

There were a lot of great parts to this place, but it was certainly built specifically for short term rentals. We had a group of 7 and fit perfectly fine, felt safe, and the host was very communicative, which made for an A+ experience. Here are a few observations we made: 1. Location - This sits on the edge of the Kerns neighborhood, closest to the freeway BUT within 15 minute walk to all the shops, food trucks, movie theatre (highly recommend) and market. Also a very short drive (less than 1 minute) to the grocery store. 2. Communication - The host provided alot of conveniences - stocked seasonings, paper towels, plenty of TP, laundry detergent, towels, and ice. 3. The Unit - Maybe this is a Portland thing, but there were air splitters on each floor in the hallway and no vents in the bedrooms. So...if you close your bedroom at night, there's no air. That said, not much privacy was had with a big group and you can hear the 1 TV in the living room on all floors bc of the layout.

Our stay was wonderful! Very peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully curated space. Our group had such a great time, rested well, and especially enjoyed the open floor where we ate, talked, and played games together! Delanie was also very responsive and attentive. Thank you for your care Delanie!

The place was wonderful! It was spotless, easy to find, and located in a very walkable and friendly neighborhood. The space is beautifully designed and feels welcoming from the moment you arrive. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped — perfect for cooking a nice meal. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
