James was very responsive and nice when we needed him. There were a few items that need addressed but I have no doubt they will be soon. We liked the locations as it was close to all the events we had planned. Very close to the Moda center, which was great.

James was very communicative and responsive. We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working during our stay as that was the deciding factor to book his home, but he provided a discount which we appreciated. Appreciates having 4 real beds!

Stayed here for 3 nights for a work trip and has a pleasant trip! Great neighborhood and only a few min drive or walk from the Alberta neighborhood with lots of great stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. MLK Jr Way can be a little noisy behind the house, but the neighborhood was quiet during the night. Beds were comfortable, living room was cozy, and whole place was generally very clean. Had an issue with the wifi not working halfway through our stay but James was extremely quick to respond, provide advice, and remedy the issue so that we could continue our work. Thank you, James!

The house is perfect for a family get together. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and there was plenty of room for 6 people to feel comfortable there. The MIL suite in the basement was cozy and the entire house was clean and well maintained.
