Great place to stay.

Great stay all around, walkable area and close to bus stop. Food, cafes, bars, salons, all basic necessities are on the same street and anything between downtown and other key destinations is around 30min bus ride. Clean, safe, and stylish. Easy host and fun stay. Would book again in the future!

Very convenient location, with great breakfast places nearby and walking distance from the train. Clean and cozy place. Was perfect for my trip to Portland.

You will not get peaceful sleep here. There so much bright white light coming in from the streets. It’s ridiculous. It’s also quite noisy throughout the day. An older building. There is a bar down the street that places loud country music til midnight, past the legal ordinance. I complained twice to the bar and eventually got them to turn it down by midnight. I was very excited that an in-unit washer/dryer was a part of my booking. Instead, the host offered $30 as an amends and told me I could use the coin laundry located at an another address near the AirBnB. It’s technically the basement, but you have to walk all the way around the building past six other rental units in order to get to the basement. And it’s not anything modern. Really old coin operated laundry. Very disappointing because I literally chose this place over another place that I knew had a washer and dryer in unit, thinking I should give a different host a shot! My mistake!

We really enjoyed our stay here - it’s comfortable, in a great walkable neighborhood, and gets lots of natural light. Darise was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay - I’d definitely stay here again.

Darise was a lovely host, communicated quickly, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. 10/10 recommend this spot to anyone in the area

The apartments are in an older multi-unit building on the NE Broadway corridor in Portland's Irvington area, near restaurants, cafes, shops, and Irving Park. This is an urban, mixed residential and commercial area, so normal street and building activity should be expected.
