This is a great apartment! It’s cute and cozy. There are great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Parking was incredibly easy. In fact, we were able to park right out front for most of our 5 day stay. The rooftop deck is lovely. We were lucky enough to get a few sunny days and have some pre-dinner drinks soaking in the scene. Bob was very attentive and instructions were very clear. Would highly recommend Bob’s place.

Great stay at Bobs! Cool space, amazing location, nice water pressure, and slept well. No real complaints. I’d say the location is one of the best parts… bagels and coffee across the street, amazing pizza next door, tons to walk too.

Bob is a welcoming host and very responsive, the home decor is pretty artistic and musical, which is the fav part we liked about the house very special! We enjoyed our stay here for a short trip

SE Division Street is one of Portland's best food streets - and it's your front door. Walk to Salt & Straw for Portland's famous handmade ice cream, grab brunch at Wallflower Cafe, or hit PDX Sliders for one of the best burgers in the neighborhood. Casa Italia is our go-to for a proper Italian dinner without the downtown prices. Beyond the restaurants, you'll find craft breweries, food cart pods, and coffee shops on a street where Stumptown Coffee got its start. Division is one of the most walkable streets in Portland - you won't need a car most days. A few of our favorites within walking distance: 🍦 Salt & Straw — inventive, seasonal ice cream (expect a line — it's worth it) 🍔 PDX Sliders — casual, delicious, perfect after a long day exploring 🍝 Casa Italia — our go-to for Italian night ☕ Wallflower Cafe — great brunch and coffee The neighborhood is bike-friendly, bus lines run to downtown in about 15 minutes, and nearby parks are perfect for a lazy afternoon. This is the kind of Portland neighborhood where locals actually live and eat - not a tourist district.
