James did an excellent job communicating and taking care of all the guests that weekend. Really neat neighborhood that I would like to explore more but we were busy with wedding activities at Cooper’s Hall. À really great place to stay in Portland.

This space was exactly what my group of 6 friends needed for our trip to a concert at a nearby venue. The aesthetic of the home was so nice—it’s a sturdy old house but with modern appointments; the art (and the wallpaper!) is thoughtfully chosen without being pretentious; the common space is inviting and the bedrooms are spread out from each other; it has great light and nice tall ceilings; amazing water pressure in the shower; and the front stoop is huge! James was very easy to communicate with and really friendly, and the checkout instructions were easy. And! It’s a dog friendly house and the neighborhood is very walkable. PS the bar next door, Roadside Attraction, is my very favorite bar in Portland!
