Good location for us and could easily park on the street. Took the kids down the street to the park. My family and I are visiting from Melbourne (mixed with camping) and we naively put out tents out to dry and they were gone in the morning. So I’d not leave anything outside, not upset, just should have known better. Otherwise great stay and wish we stayed longer to explore more.

We had a lovely few days in Portland. The neighbourhood is beautiful, funky, very progressive. Many lovely homes and gardens. Great walks and natural environs close by. Lots of really good eating spots. The house itself is quite old and charming. We were comfortable, but a couple of things could do with attention. The bathroom- vanity basin plug stayed down first time it was pressed down and we had great difficulty trying to get it up. We reported and Kimberley said they would look at it. Taps are a bit rickety and the toilet seat swivelled slightly. Nothing major, but at this price point you expect everything to be in top working order. Kimberley's communication was really good and I am sure these things can be rectified. People are really friendly in Portland. They stop for pedestrians even if you aren't at a crossing. Our 16 yo daughter loved Portland so much she wants to move there. All said, I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking to stay in Portland.

We’ve been to Portland a couple of times and this was our favorite stay! The home was perfect for our family, more than enough space. Decorated well, bright and clean. Having the park/playground was great for our kiddos and pup. So many wonderful walkable and bikeable cafes and restaurants. Because the home is on a busier street there is street noise but it didn’t bother us a bit. Super responsive host too and gave great recommendations. Would totally come back for another stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home in a nice neighborhood! Home is very clean and comfortable. Only wish they provided A/C or fan in the bedrooms, got very hot the 2nd night we were there. Living room AC was great!

We booked last minute, but the house was ready and comfy. The living room was welcoming and great for watching TV. Plenty of rooms to fit our family, we just had to be patient with the restroom since there was only one. Restaurants and stores are very close by. We did enjoy our stay and would stay again.

A vibrant corridor of murals, independent shops, craft cocktail bars, and some of Portland's best brunch spots. Last Thursday art walks (May–September) transform the street into an open-air gallery.
