Hi Kimberly, We were looking for a convenient Airbnb close to my daughter's house in NE Portland, and Kimberly's Airbnb was literally 3 houses down the street. It is situated in a friendly and classic cozy NE neighborhood, close restaurants, and beautiful parks. He house was very cozy, well-appointed with fresh and comfortable bed linins. Kimberly was an extremely proficient and active with the instructions on location and use of lock box. She also checked in to see that everything was to our standard. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone interested in NE Portland. Cheers, Robert

I loved my stay at Kimberly’s bnb. It was so cozy and had everything I needed! :)

The home was shown as filled with light and without any apparent obstructions to that light atmosphere. In fact it’s right behind another building on one side and there was an inhabited container in the back yard, also not shown. The bar across the street was very noisy… a fight went on til after 3 one night. And the front door has a simple lock, not a dead bolt which would be more appropriate given the very loud commotion coming from the bar. The house had few amenities, old style electrical outlets ( few) and the kitchen was less than it appeared in the photos…. The neighborhood is up and coming, it was ok as a place to stay, but nothing that would bring me back on my next trip to Portland.

This place is great for guest who enjoy going out to the bars as it’s literally across from one of the best Mexican restaurants in Portland.

This rental was good enough but not great. The location adjacent Alberta Street was convenient for shops and restaurants. The house itself is 100 years old and unfortunately feels like it. The living room is especially dark with its single floor lamp. The furnace is loud. And the kitchen badly needs to be upgraded.

A vibrant corridor of murals, independent shops, craft cocktail bars, and some of Portland's best brunch spots. Last Thursday art walks (May–September) transform the street into an open-air gallery.
