Delanie was nothing short of amazing! Although I only stayed for a single night, the place was incredibly clean and had everything I needed while I was there. I would stay here again!
Nathan
One of the cleanest and professionally prepared Airbnbs my partner and I have stayed at! Delanie was a wonderful host and checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure we were comfortable. Would definitely come back!
Christina
Nice play to stay while in town.
Kaitlyn
Cute and cozy spot in a cool walkable area…Delanie was communicative and on top of everything the few times we reached out.

I sought out a place to sleep in Alberta Arts District so I could work remotely at coffee shops along the street and eat my way around! The Airbnb was a perfect location, with a very comfortable bed, a functional and clean bathroom, and a useful kitchenette (especially the mini-fridge, for leftovers).
Erik
Stayed a single night. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Felt like a good hotel but more welcoming and cozy. Most excellent location right off Alberta. Very responsive and helpful host. Some pitter patter noise from the townhouse but absolutely not bothersome!

A vibrant corridor of murals, independent shops, craft cocktail bars, and some of Portland's best brunch spots. Last Thursday art walks (May–September) transform the street into an open-air gallery.

Welcome to the world-famous Alberta Arts District! This is Portland at its best—a creative, colorful, and soulful neighborhood where every corner features a mural, a boutique, or a five-star food cart. Wake up and stroll to Proud Mary for coffee, grab ice cream at Salt & Straw, or head to Alberta Park just a few blocks away. Don’t miss Expatriate for a drink, Pine State Biscuits or Tin Shed for brunch and a soak at Kennedy School. This neighborhood is buzzing with energy and walkable charm while still feeling residential and relaxed.
