This unit is in a great location! Walkable distance from cool art pop ups and a great Mexican place called La Bonita. However the unit itself wasn’t worth the price in my opinion. The host rents out the top half to other AirBnb guest, so there’s no way to tell the upstairs tenants when they’re being too loud. And trust me, they will be because the walls are sooooo thin it’s ridiculous. I could hear their conversations clear as day. And to mention this unit doesn’t have a TV to drown out all that noise. Another reason I don’t think this unit is worth the price is because the cleaning crew did not due a great job. The drinking glass had white substances dried on them and one of the pillows smelt like urine. Overall, not a very good experience, but good location.

Clean space in great location
Carrie
It was clean, well-located and easy to find. However: (1) It is very noisy. I could hear easily every word of the upstairs tenants conversation. (2) Aside from the wall counter and the bed there is NO furniture! When you make coffee in the morning, there is nowhere to sit except the bed or the floor, and nowhere to put your coffee while you drink it. We had wet rain coats and there was no closet, no hooks, no chair even. Our (wet, rained-on) coats -- and everything else were on the floor because there was nowhere else to put anything! (3) There are no windows you can see out of -- the door is frosted glass and there are two small high windows.

Very clean place and super close to really great restaurants. Really convenient that they were pet friendly and Delanie was always responding very quickly

Great place!

100/10 stars for Delanie’s client support during our stay. Things started off rocky. We were confused about which unit we had reserved. We thought someone was staying in our unit. And the support staff had some difficulty in accessing another room for us to stay in. BUT… Delanie and staff supported us with exceptional professionalism and timelines. They identified the mixup and acknowledged our concerns. They turned around the rocky start and we left feeling good about our experience. We ended up booking another property with them for the rest of the week. Highly recommend! Properties are great, but client service is above and beyond!!

A vibrant corridor of murals, independent shops, craft cocktail bars, and some of Portland's best brunch spots. Last Thursday art walks (May–September) transform the street into an open-air gallery.
