Alberta 3BR - Modern Design w/ large covered deck

I'll start with the only big con which is the 1 bath floor plan. Definitely was a bit surprising to walk into and realize, though that is 100% on me for not noting it when I booked. I do wish the bath being on the 3rd floor was a little more upfront in the listing. Now the pros! Like others have mentioned, the best feature is walkability to restaurants and shops in Alberta. Host was very communicative, friendly, and responsive the whole time. The space was clean and beds very comfortable with new, modern furniture and good amenities. Overall a nice place to stay for a quick weekend trip to Portland

Delanie's home is beautiful, tranquil, and extremely clean. We enjoyed our brief stay. Delanie was super proactive and helpful. Amazing home in a fabulous area!

Very nice interiors and nicely equipped. It’s a 3br/1ba configuration so if you fully utilize this unit, people will have to share the only one bedroom (a rather slender configuration) on the 3rd floor. The location is unbeatable – right next to Monograph bookwerks, Slow Haste coffee, Proud Mary, etc., since it’s located in the center of Alberta. It’s next to a plot of empty land. The townhouse itself is extremely slender, but it doesn’t impact use much (the staircases are a little bit narrow though). During our first night of stay the bathtub is clogged, causing a small pool of standing water while showering. I contacted the host and got a response within half an hour (despite it being very late), and the bathtub was promptly fixed the next day.

We had a great long weekend staying at Delanie’s place. Super walkable to all the great restaurants on Alberta and a short drive to Alberta Park and other NE and SE neighborhoods. Plenty of beds for our family of 4, very clean, modern look and feel.

This cool condo served as a fantastic home base to explore Portland and beyond. Alberta street is full of restaurants, treats, bookstores, galleries, and much more. Location could not be more fun for the hipster tourist. The space itself is bright, clean, and modern, with very comfortable beds and a very nice bathroom. We felt right at home and really enjoyed hanging out. Some details on the layout. Two of the bedrooms are up on the third floor next to the only bathroom. The third bedroom is all the way down on the first floor, right next to the front door (no blinds on the front window -- don't go out of the first floor bedroom in your PJs unless you want everyone walking by to see you in them). Having our two kids sleep in the beds upstairs worked for us, but families should be aware of this arrangement. However, the space overall was so welcoming that we still found it very cozy. Would stay again!!
