This place was a great location! Very close to relatives and made it super convenient for us to walk to their house. The place is mostly clean. Lots of stains on the carpet and chair. The TV is not usable bc it flickers. The beds are comfy and clean. The electrical is weird so finding what switch went to what was an adventure. The dryer had what looked like dry wall plaster all over it so that was unusable. The Trash was spilled out all over the driveway but Kimberly sent someone to bag it all up the next morning. All in all I think this place needs some upgrades. The price is astronomical for what you get.

This location was great for our needs. It was away from the chaos of the city but close enough to easily get to all the major areas. Very impressed with the host. Helpful & Very quick to respond.

We had a comfortable stay for 4 nights. The house was nice but did have a few issues, like overflowing garbage outside, a poorly hung bathroom door and broken washer/dryer. The only one that bothered us was the washer and Kimberly was very responsive in having someone fix it. I would stay again

We enjoyed our stay in Portland. A very convenient location, perfect for the 4 of us!

This home was close to a few places that we wanted to visit on our trip, and it is centrally located and easy to navigate to. We liked the spacious layout and two bathrooms. We had quite a few issues with most of the appliances, the washer and dryer were both malfunctioning, and there weren’t any extra towels. The company who runs the rentals was responsive and offered suggestions and dropped off extra supplies for us. The unit needs some TLC, but with some attention it could be a great Airbnb for future guests.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The house was a short drive from the airport and close to the Beaumont & Alberta Arts districts. Portland has an abundance of great restaurants. Check out Peter’s Bar & Grill around the corner for great pub food. The house was very clean. There were Terro ant bait stations in all the rooms and we did not see a single ant or any other bug. The beds were very comfortable and the bath towels were plush & plentiful. While the kitchen had basic cooking supplies, a big plus was the coffee bar which had supplies of keurig coffee pods, sugar and creamer packets. The 2 bedrooms were separated by the kitchen & laundry room for maximum privacy. We appreciated the off-street parking as street parking filled up quickly. Kimberly quickly responded to a couple of questions we had and her check in instructions were very clear.
