Location was great, host was extremely responsive. The only thing stopping this from being rated higher was the cleanliness. The house had a very bad musty odor, there were ants all over, and the sheets in one bedroom had blood stains. The host responded instantly and I had fresh sheets the next day. If this was maintained better, it would be a great place to stay. Be aware it seems you are sharing the overall house with other rental guests and the walls are very thin.

I’ll list off the good, the bad and the ugly and summarize at the end. Overall, a listing that could improve with time off the market and adjustment. The good: Walkable area, across the street from two great restaurants and the area was safe. The host was willing to provide a partial refund as compensation for the below. The bad: Upstairs residents were loud and the floors didn’t do much to stop that. On day one of our weekend stay my housemates smelled urine near their room. The host offered have their maintenance fix it, but the first day when we gave a time for the maintenance to arrive they did not show up. We took care of it ourselves rather than having some unknown chemicals sprayed in around us. The ugly: Sugar ants everywhere. Harmless, but unpleasant to pick them off my skin in the middle of the night. Not the relaxing stay we had hoped for. Heidi was responsive but the replies felt very much like an AI bot. I’m sure she means well, but this listing needs serious work.

We've stayed a few days at the apartment. Location was very convenient and lots of eatery within walking distance. A teeny tiny hiccups at the beginning of our stay, and Heidi got them taken care of it, immediately! What a fantastic host. I wish all host were like Heidi. Super communicative, caring and always provide the best service. Extremely Friendly! The house were equipped with all pots/pans and kitchen necessities that I actually need and I am beyond glad. The bed was SOO comfortable, we love it. Parking was a bit tricky for having a dually truck with you, but Plenty for sure.

This property was convenient, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The host Heidi is superb. We had a noise concern and she responded quickly in a supportive manner. We recommend this nice place and would return ourselves.

Good location if you want to be near the restaurants and stores on Belmont. Space was smaller and more beat up than photos and it was not cleaned well. Upstairs group was very loud on both nights of our stay and the water in shower was very inconsistent. I would not rent again.

Welcome to Central Southeast Portland, a foodie's paradise where the options are endless! As a food fanatic myself, I can assure you that you're just a short walk away from some of the city’s best restaurants, delicious bakeries, renowned local coffee and tea shops, lively bars, and vibrant nightlife. You'll also find boutique shops, grocery stores, and so much more right at your doorstep. Beyond the culinary delights, the neighborhood offers a wealth of parks and recreational opportunities. Take a leisurely stroll or enjoy a picnic at Laurelhurst Park, known for its beautiful landscapes and serene pond. For those who love to stay active, the Eastbank Esplanade provides a scenic path along the Willamette River, perfect for walking, running, or cycling. Art enthusiasts will appreciate the local art scene, with numerous galleries and murals adding a splash of creativity to the area. Don't miss a visit to the Portland Art Museum or the quirky, yet fascinating, Independent Publishing Resource Center. For your convenience, I’ve created a guide highlighting some of my favorite spots in the neighborhood, and I’m happy to share it with my guests upon request. Enjoy your stay and make the most of what Central Southeast Portland has to offer!
