We rented the main unit plus the basement unit for our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 kids). Since the kids were all under 4 we were able to fit in the main unit for sleeping, but were glad to have the lower unit for showering. The location was a little more urban than I was expecting, but felt safe and we enjoyed being able to walk to breakfast and dinner , even with 4 young kids. MAX is a block away, the zoo is 5 minutes away—very convenient location. The unit was clean, well-stocked and comfortable for a big group. Kimberly was the most responsive host we’ve ever had, often responding within a few minutes and always very polite.

The house was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure good. Big comfortable couch, and a dining table big enough for 6 people. We didn't use the kitchen except for some glasses, but it was clean and seemed decently stocked. No complaints about the house at all. Kimberly responded very quickly to a couple questions I had. There is sufficient parking for 2 cars in the dedicated driveway/alleyway next to the house. The listing mentions this, but just to reiterate: there is NO visitor street parking for longer than 90 minutes on the nearby streets, and much of the district. This wasn't a big problem for my group as we were able to consolidate cars, but groups with more than two cars should plan ahead to drop excess cars off at a long-term parking garage elsewhere. Kimberly was able to give us advice on nearby garages if we needed. My group enjoyed our time at this location and I would definitely be willing to book it again if I had the need.

The house was very cozy and had character. I did not realize, or had missed it in the description, that it was two units. My group of friends that all stayed raved about how great it was. Location was wonderful, we walked most of the time. We all enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The host Kimberly was very responsive and on top of it with instructions.
