Great stay overall! The location was definitely the highlight, right in the middle of everything and walkable to so many amazing coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring Portland really easy and convenient for our family. The area felt lively but still comfortable, and we loved being able to quickly get to different neighborhoods and attractions.

Fantastic location just off 23rd street shops (near an awesome ice cream shop). Felt very safe and could walk everywhere. Bonus was also the very handy bus stop for checking out other streets of Portland :)

We loved our stay at Kevin’s apartment. Very spacious and clean, located in a walkable neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. Kitchen was well-equipped with supplies. Kevin was very attentive, communicative, and friendly which was greatly appreciated. This is a basement unit, so noise from upstairs could be heard, but this didn’t bother us at all. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again.
