Charming, spotless basement apartment in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood packed with shops, restaurants, and cafes. Responsive, attentive host and well-equipped kitchen make this a comfortable home away from home.

A perfect place for a group of 4 to stay to enjoy the coolest part of Portland on foot (would be great for a couple too). Everything was as described and far more quiet than expected. We hope to come back for our next Portland adventure!

Kevin's place was great! We had a quick one night stay. The location is walkable around many restaurants and bars, and the unit itself was great. Look forward to another stay.

We loved our stay at Kevin’s place! Cozy and clean. Everything we needed for a great stay. You can’t beat the location in Portland either!

Good location and a nice space. Heat pumps in each room worked well. The neighbors upstairs are up early with little kids and the kitchen was well stocked with some tools missing. I overall I would have no hesitation staying again even with these minor issues in mind.
