We had a great time celebrating my daughter’s 30th birthday. Communication was clear and responses were quick. Great location and recommendations from the host. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and even a couple bars within walking distance (2 bars right across the street). The space was true to the pictures. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. I would recommend this space to people looking for a good time.

We felt safe in the neighborhood, great location. Bar across the street so it can get a little loud. On a one way street with fast flowing traffic. Walking distance to restaurants.

The space was lovely and well stocked with everything that could be wanted; very clean and comfortable. The spot was Centrally located with plenty to do in the local area as far as shops, bars, and even a grocery store just a 1 minute walk away. Kimberly was wonderfully responsive with suggestions for any questions we had about the surrounding area or space.
