This property is in a great location. It's within a 15-min walk from the trendy 23rd Ave. with restaurants and boutiques. It very close to buses that provide access to the whole of Portland. It was spotlessly clean with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The unit is described as having A/C, but it's a mini split in the living-room area and does not reach the bedroom or the loft. There are ceiling fans, which helped with the 97-degree heat, but it was not ideal. The description also states that the unit has "dining table & a laptop-friendly workspace." This is incorrect. The only table is a wobbly and small coffee table in front of the sofa. Minor inconveniences: No handle on the door of the bedroom closet and a burnt-out bulb in a floor lamp in the living room. Since the owner does not live locally, he could not get his handyman to come and replace the lightbulb during our entire 5-day stay, in spite of promising that he will try to do so.

Enjoyed our stay here. Clean, comfy, walk able. There is only street parking and it’s on a 4 hour rotation, but we found parking every day within a block or two and the payment app was easy. Great walkable neighborhood - safe, cute, quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hayden’s place. It was in a great location, with easy access to everything we wanted to see in the area. Checking in and out was incredibly easy, and I would highly recommend booking a stay here.

Excellent location. Cute and quaint apartment. Felt very safe and each night we slept it was quiet and peaceful. AC was cold and ceiling fans made it even colder. My wife and our two best friends loved it. We even used the washer n dryer so we were able to pack with clean clothes in our luggage. Refrigerator worked great and plumbing was excellent. I had a great time celebrating my 50th birthday. Would definitely use this place again and would highly recommend. ✌🏼

Portland's extensive bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe throughout the city. 🚗 Driving — Street parking is available (read signs for time limits and meters). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes. ✈️ Airport — PDX is about 19 minutes by car or reachable via MAX Blue/Red Line from nearby Providence Park station.
