The Laid-Back Loft | Mississippi Ave | Parking

I had such a great stay on Mississippi Ave. I love the location of the Airbnb and the size was just perfect for me. Kimberly was an extremely attentive and kind host and when I was having an issue getting in the door, she was very prompt to respond, which was so appreciated after a long day of driving. The place was very clean and had great amenities such as a cozy bed, a keurig and cooking tools. I would absolutely stay here again. The fact that there’s parking behind the building was so amazing for me as well that that was just one less thing needed to be worried about. The location is super close to amazing restaurants bars and food carts. I recommend Matts BBQ or Bicho’s. Overall loved the stay it was a great little week away!

Wonderful little apartment right on Mississippi. It’s a short walk to excellent bars and food. Also great to have a parking space right on site. The apartment itself is comfortable and surprisingly quiet with the windows closed even on weekend nights. Took away one star for a few reasons that if addressed would make it an awesome spot. 1) it was quite dirty when we got there, dishes had oil and grime all over them, bathroom had a lot of hair, and just generally it needs a good deep clean. 2) there is no where really to unpack and put clothes, no dressers but there is some hanging space 3) the bed is soooooo soft (maybe old?) and seems to have the memory of other people that have slept in it while not being too interested in making new memories, 4) the wifi does not work in the bedroom, and 5) the stools are just so short relative to the table that it’s not a comfortable place to sit and eat. Management company is super responsive and easy to work with! We did have a great stay.
