Not much left to say: this was a terrific spot to stay in a terrific part of town. It was peaceful and comfortable (I felt like I slept luxuriously - could just be a mindset thing, dunno). The check-in was straightforward. Parking was very manageable. And the location is outstanding. I've wandered this part of Portland before, but being able to wake up and retire here, near so many great stops, was a big difference-maker. Discovered a lot of cool new spots. Just great overall.

Spent my birthday week at David's place. The area is super walkable and very close to everything I wanted to do in portland. David was very helpful and always responded to my messages quickly. The neighbors were nice, everyone in the area really friendly. I had a great time. A week went by so fast there.

Location was great! Tons of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Only one block from Mississippi Studios! David’s place was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Would stay again, and just might!

The place was wonderful! It was so close to everything from public transportation, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Another thing I liked was how peaceful and quiet at night when you need some sleep. David was also very communicative and always checked on me and my needs the entire time I was there. I would certainly stay here again!

Location was 10/10, especially w our rental car, parking at the airbnb and getting to place (never took more than 20 mins getting somewhere) was super easy. Airbnb was perfect for two, equipped with everything we needed, and was clean. The only challenge I can see for colder months is heating, but if you leave the heater on a high temp with doors open, it will heat up eventually!
