Spacious 2BR - New Luxury Townhouse Stay

Prior to reserving I questioned the host due to my wife's mobility issues. I was given information that was inaccurate, and as it turns out, so was the listing itself. Upon arrival I immediately called and asked for a full refund. It was concluded that I would cancel, without staying in the rental. 6 days later, 5 partial refunds, and multiple communications with Airbnb support/resolution staff and I am almost fully refunded. I would never rent a property managed by Stay Portland again, if I were to even stay with Airbnb. (I will likely cancel my account) You need to visit the properties you manage, as a third party host, to make sure you understand them, and that the listings are accurate. Is Stay Portland even based in Portland? There is one queen and one twin bed in the rooms shown on the listing. There are steep 16 tread stairs leading to the rental. Two bedrooms are on the third level and a third bedroom, (not part of the rental) was on a fourth level.
