Great location near the Moda Center and downtown in a nice neighborhood. The home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with coffee and basic necessities. Communication with the owner and customer service was excellent and very responsive. The WiFi worked well, Ubers had no trouble finding the location, and the food trucks across the street were a fun bonus. Guests should be aware the property is a split duplex rather than one large home, with three bedrooms and one bathroom per unit. Parking is limited, and the stairs are very steep, especially in wet weather. The beds were comfy if you like firm beds, air flow okay, shampoo, conditioner, soap was cool. Overall, this is a well managed stay if expectations are clear ahead of time.

Darise is a great host. the house was neat and matched descriptions.
Zipporah
Great location, well-stocked rentals, and Darise was a great host - very prompt and responsive.
Cyndy
Location is close to great food, groceries and cute shops. A little loud in the evenings and early mornings with garbage trucks, traffic along MLK, and folks on the street. Appliances in kitchen were temperamental but host was very responsive.
Kelsey

Talk about location! This area is often referred to as Foodie Row. You are just a hop, skip, and a jump away from two of Portland's hottest streets, Alberta and MLK. The neighborhood is brimming with shops and restaurants where you can easily lose track of time. You’ll even find a unique coffee roaster inside a double-decker bus! If vintage shopping, lifestyle boutiques, and novelty gift shops are your thing, you’ll need a couple of days to explore everything this vibrant neighborhood has to offer.
