We really enjoyed our stay. Kimberly’s communication was great and the place was very clean and as described. Neighborhood is super convenient for exploring Portland, and walkable to lots of things!

We needed a perfect spot in the perfect location and Kimberly’s property checked all the boxes and then some. We loved the light and bright space. The home is very comfortable and functional and felt more like home than we expected. The location was walkable to our appointments and close to many other amenities we frequent in The Ladd district. We loved the feel and decor of the space and slept very well in the comfy bed. Kimberly is an amazing host who took exceptional care of use. We highly recommend this property and will be back soon!

This was one of my favorite Airbnb booking experiences! Kimberly is so sweet and thoughtful. She let me know when her cleaners were done (without me asking) so I’d be able to check in early if I wanted to. She also sent a great list of local recommendations that were super helpful. 10/10 experience! I’ll definitely be staying here again on my trips to Portland.

The place was perfect for 2 people! The location was very walkable to a lot of fun neighborhoods in Portland. My sister and I had plenty of space to unwind at the end of the day. Kimberly was super helpful and always responsive when we needed help. I would definitely stay here again!

Route 70 (12th Ave) also serves the area. 🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe. 🚗 Driving — Metered and free street parking available (read signs for restrictions). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes. ✈️ Airport — PDX is about 16 minutes by car or reachable via MAX from nearby downtown stations.
