Clean cozy little tiny home stay! We had a lot of fun. It was the perfect place to crash for the night.

Hard to beat location and great host

The air conditioning didn’t work that well so it was very warm and stuffy inside it cooled off at night as the temperature dropped and windows were opened The bedding had a lot of hair on it and the window seals could definitely use a good wipe down Other than that it’s as described tiny and quaint just enough space to do what you need to do We tolerated it bc we were only there to rest and reset AJ was responsive easy check in and finding the place wasn’t hard at all convenient.

The AC was broken at check-in and I immediately told the host. Their initial response was prompt and felt promising. Unfortunately the rest of the stay resulted in no progress. The trailer became dangerously hot - it was 85° at 11pm. The next morning came and still no update from the host. I waited as long as I could for the host to remedy the situation, or at least send me a message. 19 hours after raising the issue the situation became intolerable. My dog was showing signs of heat exhaustion so I was forced to check out early. I will not stay here again.

AJ’s place is in a great neighborhood and so walkable. It’s really a cute tiny home and fairly private despite there being another tiny home right next door! We did experience some issues with our air conditioning and washer/dryer being broken, which were the two main reasons we chose this Airbnb. AJ was able to get the washer and dryer fixed after the first day, but our AC was broken for entire trip.
