This spacious, beautifully furnished home offers excellent walkability to restaurants and shops, comfortable beds, and a thoughtful layout perfect for groups seeking both entertaining space and privacy.
This spacious, beautifully furnished home offers excellent walkability to restaurants and shops, comfortable beds, and a thoughtful layout perfect for groups seeking both entertaining space and privacy.
The unit came with crumbs from the person before us as well as some gnarly stains on the bathroom wall. We've stayed at 4 of the 5 units on this property and the cleanliness at all but one of them left a lot to be desired. Trying to tell the host is pointless as you never actually get through to 'Kimberly'; it's actually a larger company called StayPortland who uses a slew of fake hosts to list their properties and the only help you can get is through an outsourced call line. That means if you have any issues you need to wait for them to play telephone to the company before getting back to you; it also means that they will frequently mess things up. This booking alone had them charge an extra 10% rather than taking off 10% for a longer booking as we'd discussed. If I hadn't caught it, they would have cost us an extra $600 as they did it on this stay and the one we were at before it. I cannot recommend them at all.

Brand new townhouse. Up and coming neighborhood. Tastefully furnished. Comfortable beds and bedrooms. Full kitchen and dining area. 5-15 minutes by car from many of east side Portland’s best restaurants and coffee shops. 15 minutes to downtown on the west side. My family really enjoyed our stay.

Great large home for groups and families, the layout is perfect for entertaining while still providing privacy. The 3rd-floor bath is especially smart for shared use (shower and toilet are separated). Excellent location, about a 12-min walk to Screen Door, 5-min walk to Providore Fine Foods, Pie Spot and a bagel shop, and NE 28th Ave (lots of restaurants) with Whole Foods about a 15-min walk. Beds and linens were comfy, street parking was easy (we found spots in front of the building each night), and the neighborhood is quiet and chill. Only downside, the lights are very bright on the main entertaining floor, installing dimmers would make evenings much nicer.

The place was clean and had everything we needed and it is closer to Pearl district. I recommend to all planning their next trip to Portland.
