David was very communicative and helpful during our stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the complimentary coffee. The shower may be hard to maneuver for some- it's a classic claw foot tub so the sides are pretty high. Location was great- there are a lot of cool shops and good food nearby, both along the same street and within a quick 10-15 minute walk. Walking around felt safe for us (2 women) throughout the day, though we didn't go out much after dark so I can't speak to that. Easy to find for delivery and uber drivers as well. This space is also located a short drive away from many tourist destinations like downtown and Washington Park, so plan to use transit or have a car for those! We recommend trying The Rambler for close by bar bites (they also have a great patio and board games you can use) and Eem-Thai BBQ a short walk away(the white curry with brisket and the sweet & sour fried chicken are amazing).

We enjoyed the convenience & comfort of our stay very much! David was very responsive and communicative. We needed extra towels and they were delivered almost immediately, and he made it clear that he was happy to help with anything, anytime during our stay. The bed was so comfy. The space was cute, clean and felt very inviting.

We came to town for a concert at Mississippi Studios and wanted to stay close to the venue. This was perfect because after parking we never had to move the car! The venue was a short block away and we were even able to come “home” to drop off jackets and use the bathroom during the course of the evening because the venue allowed us to come and go! Perfect. There were restaurants, bars, and boutiques along the street. Great breakfast options in the morning close by as well. It was a perfect weekend getaway. I loved the open airy living room/kitchen too. Thank you!
