Two flights of stairs are required to reach the apartment, and an additional staircase leads to the shared rooftop deck. There is no elevator. Private apartment in a gated multi-unit building near Hawthorne-area food, shops, and nightlife.
Located in Portland's Hawthorne & Belmont, steps from Powell's Books on Hawthorne, Mt. Tabor Park, Ladd's Addition Rose Gardens.

The neighborhood at night went from noisy to somewhat upsetting with bottles being thrown at the building and other antics during the middle of the night. The host was responsive to the complaint but this is something to note for renting this setting.

Great location and perfect for our group (5 adults, 2 toddlers/infants). Mike was super responsive and helpful!

This place was great for our family visiting Portland. It’s spacious & well equipped. It’s also very walkable to the Hawthorn districts great food options & cool shops. It’s very easy to go straight down the Blvd. To Waterfront Park & Downtown as well. Overall we had a great experience.

Mike was a fantastic host. He answered all of my questions within minutes. His place was so clean and quiet. The rooftop patio was beautiful to sit out on at night. it was a really nice comfortable stay for me and my family.

This apartment was in a great location for our group to be based to walk to various activities and restaurants in SE Portland. Mike was super friendly and responsive!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the private rooftop — such a fun and relaxing space to unwind in the evenings. The location was also perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Portland.
