Hayden is a friendly and responsive host. He responds very quickly and is proactive about ensuring his guests have a smooth check in and enjoyable stay. My wife and I loved staying at his place and would certainly recommend him to any travelers looking for a convenient place to stay.

Great spot to stay for my weekend trip to Portland. Super walkable area and the host was very helpful!

Hayden's place was such a great spot to crash in Portland. I loved the location and walked everywhere pretty much 100% of the time. The place itself was extremely clean and the bed was SO comfortable. There's a full kitchen and a washer and dryer as well. As a bonus, Hayden offered an early check-in (which I couldn't take advantage of as I was in transit) and was flexible with check-out (due to work obligations on my side). I was so glad I had this spot to explore a new (to me) part of Portland and connect with friends, it was streamlined and clean and had everything I needed. The description and photos are accurate to what was there so make sure there's everything that you might need. This isn't a place to chill all day (which is not what I came to Portland for anyways!) but is wonderful if you want a clean, comfortable place to land. Internet was also solid, I had no issues making work calls and uploading files, etc. so appreciate the good WiFi! Would definitely stay here again!

Great small place to stay at to explore the city. Close to everything and walking distance to many things especially coffee places which we loved. Hayden was a great host, great communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a great location and even provided laundry soap + coffee stuff for us. Much needed after a long day of camping the day prior. Thanks so much for having us!

Portland's most walkable urban neighborhood — converted warehouses, art galleries, upscale dining, and Powell's City of Books. First Thursday gallery walks draw crowds monthly.
