Private 3BR/2BA Sunnyside apartment with five beds for up to nine guests. The main level has two bedrooms and one bath; the top floor has the primary suite and second bath. A living-room sofa bed completes the sleeping setup. Expect exterior and interior stairs, shared basement laundry, and the sounds of an active Belmont/Hawthorne dining district. Street parking only—read posted signs and do not block the driveway.
Located in Portland's Southeast Portland, steps from Hawthorne Boulevard, Division Street, Mt. Tabor Park.

This home fit our large group of 9 perfectly. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Everything was clean and tidy and the house itself is very charming!

Great location, very spacious for the 4 of us. Could’ve easily fit a few more people. The bathroom upstairs was huge with a great tub. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Very convenient location if you’re visiting Portland and want a spot with lots of walkable things to do. Highly recommend

Comfortable accommodations in a friendly, cozy area. Lots to see, eat, and do in the vicinity. The nearby restaurant noise may bother some people at night but if you've ever lived in a major city its fine. We would definitely stay here again

This is an active dining and nightlife district rather than a quiet residential retreat; street and restaurant/bar noise may be audible, especially at night and on weekends.
