Aaron's Airbnb was located in a nice neighborhood, the layout was effective, and his communication was prompt. However, the cleanliness of the Airbnb did not meet our expectations - with stains in the carpet, dust on surfaces, and furniture that did not match the "luxury" listing.

The home was clean, and the host was courteous and responsive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the only air conditioning unit, located in the main living area, was not working on our arrival stay while temperatures were over 100°F. There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, so they became extremely hot and no one was able to sleep comfortably. The host acknowledged the issue and provided a 25% refund, which we appreciated. However, given the extreme heat and the fact that we lost a night's sleep during our vacation, we did not feel the compensation fully reflected the impact on our stay. Overall, this could have been a great stay, but I would encourage future guests visiting during the summer to confirm that the air conditioning is fully operational and cools the entire house.

Aaron’s place was great for our friend reunion in Portland. He helped us with early check in and we enjoyed the neighborhood and nearby restaurants.

The apartment was clean, the hosts were kind and very easy to deal with, and the location is great. This is a nie place to stay if you are travelling with your family and need some room to spread out. The only complaint that we have is that the bathtub in the second bathroom wasn't draining. So everyone had to share one shower. It also seemed like some of the towels were not cleaned properly, so we had to wash them when we arrived.

We absolutely loved our stay at Aaron’s condo! The condo itself was beautiful, comfortable, and located in such a nice, quaint area. You can really tell there’s a lot of care and effort put into the neighborhood, especially with the art district atmosphere. There were tons of coffee shops, restaurants, and unique local shops all within about a one-mile radius, which made exploring super convenient and enjoyable. Aaron was also a very responsive host throughout our stay. Even though we experienced a small hiccup with the AC, he was quick to address it and worked with us regarding the inconvenience. Overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our time there. If we’re ever back in Oregon, we would absolutely love to stay in the same area again!
