This place has comfortable bedrooms, thoughtful interior design, great WiFi, and a stocked kitchen. The entire house is listed as two separate bookings, which makes it look less trustable. We booked two bedrooms in the four bedroom house and told not to use the other bedrooms which we didn’t. The upstairs ones are sunnier tho and likely would’ve rather had those rooms. It’s very close to the highway so you always hear a little road noise. A back gravel area which was sufficient for our little chihuahua. While the building itself needs some maintenance and vines a bit overgrown, there is a shaded front porch with comfortable seating. the Neighborhood is a little rough round the edges but the neighbors themselves were nice. The manager sent someone over immediately when the thermostat didn’t work. The dryer is loud but there is a washer and dryer and older dishwasher. Overall the look and feel balance out the less appealing aspects of the home despite.

We loved the Nest!!! Just a short walk to Mississppi Avenue, and equal distant to the Yellow Line and the 4 Bus Line. The house is adorable, so comfortable, with great beds, bathrooms, and lots of space. Great communication throughout!

We had a couple of events in the Portland area, a crew regatta for my son at Vancouver Lake and I was playing a show in the Mississippi neighborhood. Both were easily accessible as this is right off the freeway and an easy ten minute walk to the heart of the Mississippi neighborhood. Huge space! Two stories with four bedrooms and five full beds. Two bathrooms too. Ample room for my wife and I, our 15 year old son and his friend. The teenagers had the whole second floor to themselves. A light burnt out in the downstairs bathroom the first night, but the host was on it and it was replaced while we were out the next day. She was super responsive even late Friday night as we arrived close to 10pm and needed help with the thermostat. I’m definitely saving this for our next Portland trip. Street parking was tight near the house is probably the only minus but we were fine. Just tricky backing out of the space in front of the house. Highly recommend!

We felt very at home in this house!! It was very well stocked, very comfortable and everything we did felt so easy to get to from this location! We were 3 adults and 2 kids, and it felt perfect. We would stay again!

Great location close to Mississippi Ave! Delanie\nwas proactive with communication and super responsive when we initially had some difficulty with getting in the place with the code (which we were able to remedy quickly). It could have been cleaner but may have been just a fluke during our specific stay.
