I have stayed at multiple of Kimberly’s properties now in Portland, to the point I actively look for her listings. This place was clean, quiet and beautifully taken care of with the charm of a 100+ year old home.

Kimberly’s place was exactly like the photos. Clean, comfortable and close to cool bars and restaurants. I would stay here again!

Somehow in person this apartment was even cuter and bigger than the photos! It was well-stocked and fully prepared to host guests. Kimberly was communicative, almost immediately responsive, and provided clear instructions for everything. The neighborhood was perfect for a weekend getaway in Portland. I look forward to returning in the future.

Cool place nearby Hawthorne (and else!). Responsive and friendly host too! Worst thing I can say about the place is I’m envious and want to live there 😔

We had a wonderful 2-night stay in Portland! The home was charming, clean, and very well maintained—it felt cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Kimberly was incredibly friendly and responsive, making everything smooth and stress-free. The space worked great for our family. It was comfortable, accommodating, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Route 70 (12th Ave) also serves the area. 🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe. 🚗 Driving — Metered and free street parking available (read signs for restrictions). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes. ✈️ Airport — PDX is about 16 minutes by car or reachable via MAX from nearby downtown stations.
