Delanie’s space was quaint , comfortable , and peaceful. I slept very well and hardly heard much noise from neighbors . As the listing mentioned , there is no desk but I was able to still get work done on my laptop with very good WiFi.

This is like a nice hotel room with microwave and fridge, in a walkable neighborhood with restaurants and convenience store nearby ( 5-7 minutes walk). The room is facing a close-by highway, but thanks to the heavy door, good windows, and air conditioning, the noise didn't bother me at all (and I am a light sleeper)! I stayed five nights, and for 3 of those didn't hear any neighbors. During final two, a very loud neighbor was quite disruptive (loud music blasting on Sunday morning, slamming doors and yelling at all hours). I don't blame Delanie at all - I just mention it in case fellow travelers are looking for absolute quiet.

Very acceptable but note the drawbacks. Nice neighbourhood. Quiet air con. Good showers. Comfortable beds. Check in. Curtain pole too short so light on face in morning. Thick lumpy pillows. 4 step system to collect keys, 2 forms of ID, selfie to take. All when jet lagged really bit of a pain as key code only activated once process completed. Ended up having to make a phone call to voicemail. Luckily I had a US sim. Consider choosing somewhere w onsite reception if just arrived from abroad. Noisy as backs onto freeway.
