Great little spot. Stayed in this building before, but different unit. Very walkable to numerous shops and restaurants. Easy access by car. Pretty quiet, considering it is parallel to the highway. Would definitely recommend. Convenient location for my business trip.

Delanie’s space was quaint , comfortable , and peaceful. I slept very well and hardly heard much noise from neighbors . As the listing mentioned , there is no desk but I was able to still get work done on my laptop with very good WiFi.

This is like a nice hotel room with microwave and fridge, in a walkable neighborhood with restaurants and convenience store nearby ( 5-7 minutes walk). The room is facing a close-by highway, but thanks to the heavy door, good windows, and air conditioning, the noise didn't bother me at all (and I am a light sleeper)! I stayed five nights, and for 3 of those didn't hear any neighbors. During final two, a very loud neighbor was quite disruptive (loud music blasting on Sunday morning, slamming doors and yelling at all hours). I don't blame Delanie at all - I just mention it in case fellow travelers are looking for absolute quiet.
