David was extremely communicative and helpful! The place was in a great location with lots of fun stuff to do around. Highly recommend!

David was very responsive & kind. We found one parking spot on the block, making parking fairly convenient. I can see how parking may be limited at times. However the place was not accurately pictured or described. The building is very very old, creaky and oddly creepy. Windows are very old. Some do not open. For the price, I expected a better quality place that gave old school vibes.

Great stay, awesome location. Exactly like pictured. One small issue was some ants in the kitchen…but only because it’s an older building and they got into some sugar packets the host provided. We notified David and he sent traps right over. Everything else was in perfect order. Worth it for the walking score to hawthorn and Belmont. Would stay again.
