Cute small clean place. Great area- walkable to restos and parks, etc. Comfortable bed. I brought my own pillows based on another review to avoid crick neck. Kimberly was extremely communicative (Kimberly are you AI?) and overall great stay.

We had a nice stay at this apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with easy street parking nearby.

Pictures are much nicer than the actual apartment. Felt a bit catfished. The apartment was very cold overall and the heater did not help was covered in dust. Nightstands by the bed were sticky.

Easy to find right on Burnside, close to restaurants and venues. Love these old style buildings. Enjoyed our stay. There are stairs to get into building, bathroom and kitchen could be tight for anyone with mobility needs. Recommend bringing a white noise machine, just because all old buildings are not well insulated for sound, we didn’t have an issue, just could see if school was in session next door you would hear it in mornings. Kimberly was very friendly, communicative and gave clear instructions.

It was the perfect place, centrally located so we could walk to our event, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.

This small apartment is highly walkable. We barely needed to drive at all unless leaving the city. The neighborhood is very Portland style. Safe, quirky, expressive and excellent food. Lots of interesting shops and galleries. The home is comfortable and Kimberly went out of her way to assist us. Definitely recommended.

East Burnside is Portland's best-kept-secret restaurant row - less crowded than the popular spots but packed with some of the city's most talked-about food. Kann is right down the street - Haitian-inspired, live-fire cooking from a Top Chef alum. It's one of the hardest reservations in Portland for a reason. Screen Door is a few blocks away and serves some of the best Southern brunch on the West Coast - the fried chicken and waffles are legendary (get there early on weekends or put your name in online). For a low-key night in, Dimo's Apizza does incredible New Haven-style pizza from a wood-fired oven - order a whole pie or grab slices next door at their new Italian deli. When you need a break from eating, Laurelhurst Theatre is a classic Portland movie pub - catch a second-run film with a beer and a slice for under $20. And for something special, Knot Springs is nearby with rooftop soaking pools, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge overlooking the city skyline. A few of our favorites nearby: 🍗 Screen Door — legendary Southern brunch and fried chicken (get there early) 🔥 Kann — Haitian live-fire cooking, one of Portland's hottest restaurants 🍕 Dimo's Apizza — New Haven-style pizza, charred and perfect 🎬 Laurelhurst Theatre — $10 movies, beer, and pizza in a classic theater ♨️ Knot Springs — soaking pools, sauna, and cold plunge with skyline views The neighborhood is central to everything - buses run to downtown in minutes, and you're a short walk or ride from Hawthorne, Belmont, and the Central Eastside.
