For my partner's 40th birthday we booked Aaron's place for the weekend and hosted our friends. The place is perfect (super clean, easy for people to go between units, near awesome eateries and also a bike rental place). Overall responsiveness was good (AC wasn't working in one unit, it got fixed the next day; could also accommodate early check-in). My only caution is that for some requests, communication can be a little strange /poorly mediated by an AI bot. Weeks before, I had confirmed if we could store our luggage (the answer was yes), and then come day-of I kept getting a response about "Waiting to hear back from our cleaner about opening a storage room," and this dragging on up until checkout time. Honestly, a "no" would have been simpler. We ended up having to find alternative solutions which was hard for a large party with small children. I'm not sure if their AI bot had overpromised on something, but it was just odd. Other responses also simply summarized what I had said.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It was also well stocked with plenty of towels and essentials, which made everything so convenient. The location was perfect—walkable to some of Portland’s must-eat spots like Eem and Life of Pie, which we really enjoyed. We felt comfortable the entire time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Space exactly as described, great for a large group. Easy access to other areas of the city. Street parking was relatively easy.
