Overall rating
The place was clean except for the cleaning crew had left wet towels in the dryer. We took care of those. The location was good with options for coffee and brunch and dinner nearby. We only stayed a day before we left for the coast. The photos make it look newer than it is. Would give it better reviews if the price reflected what it is and if the beds had better mattresses.

He is an excellent communicator and very gracious. He made some accommodations for us that were really helpful. The space was very clean snd the upper deck was lots of fun. Easy to walk to all kinds of eateries.

Mike's apartment was perfect for my Portland weekend! Close to everything on the East Side, easy to walk to, near the bike share station.

The AirBNB was as described. Pictures were accurate. Has all the amenities listed. We loved the rooftop deck and were able to walk to a lot of great restaurants and food trucks. We had a great time and I would gladly return.

The neighborhood at night went from noisy to somewhat upsetting with bottles being thrown at the building and other antics during the middle of the night. The host was responsive to the complaint but this is something to note for renting this setting.
