Mike’s place was a perfect spot for my friend and I to land for our time in Portland. It was in a neighborhood walkable to some restaurants, but also not so busy that street noise was an issue. The space is well cared for.

We had an amazing time. The listing was very clean and cozy. We were close to most of the activities we wanted to do. Everything seemed to be short drive or walk away!

This is an easy and functional place and the location is wonderful. Just blocks away from amazing food and a great park with a splash pad for summer. Mini split AC in living room with box fans. Huge windows that open for fresh night air. Small but well stocked kitchen. Lots of extra towels in the closet. Electronic front gate and door - feels safe. Neighbors I saw were friendly and had a cute dog named Nico.

Mike was an incredibly responsive and proactive host. His place was perfect for our family of 4 with easy access to the surrounding neighborhoods - restaurants, food trucks, bookstores, very walkable. Quick drive or bus to downtown. The place was very clean and quiet, beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with all we needed. Would stay here again.

Mikes place needs maintenance. It was clean, but stains, dings and scratches were very visible. Garbage around premises. Had some issues with feeling safe.
