Kim's place was a nice stay. The location is walkable to downtown areas in Portland. It had nice trendy style and an overall good vibe. The area had plenty of fun things to do within walking distance. I thought the unit was pretty good, although the architecture lover in me wishes some of the finishes were done with more care considering the heritage building (paint job had me cringing). The instructions implied there was parking nearer to the unit than actual--there is permit parking only within two blocks of the unit, and free parking beyond that--a fair walk with luggage. The building was a little noisy considering there were other guests staying in the building, but that was to be expected. The doors were super squeaky, too. All and all, I was mostly satisfied. Next time, personally I'd probably prefer to stay further from the city center and bus in. otherwise this unit was nice and large and spacious enough that one could accommodate having visitors over.

Kimberly was very quick to respond especially when we needed a few things. The parking is tricky but did our best with the rental. We would stay here again and recommend this place.

Perfect location and plenty of nearby bars and restaurants. It made it easy for us to have a car and also explore Portland.

We had a super quick stay and were really only in the unit to sleep. We found the place clean and exactly as described in the listing. Parking was not an issue- we managed to snag a spot right in front of the house! The linens are so fresh and crisp and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The location is awesome. We enjoyed dinner at Kachka before a show at Revolution Hall. Such a fun neighborhood! We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Portland.
