This place is convenient and comfortable. However, the noise is a big problem. The unit is separated from a larger unit by just a door, so conversations at even normal volume can be heard word for word, offering little privacy. I got unlucky my first two nights with partiers who yelled and got into dramatic crying arguments all night. Then my third night the ductless unit malfunctioned and made very loud siren/vibrating noises for 30 minutes in the middle of the night. It seems that host uses an AI bot to respond after hours that was incredibly unhelpful and offered no solution, it kept telling me to send videos which I did but then it claimed to not be able to see them, and spoke in circles as AI does. It’s a shame because this place is really comfy. If quiet and privacy are not a concern then it’s a great option.

Great little space for my 5 night stay. The place was clean and tidy, with clear instructions for check-in and checkout. I would stay again next time I’m back in town. The only downside is the walls are paper thin so if you have neighbors, expect to hear them. Luckily for me, that kind of thing doesn’t bother me. Things were relatively quiet at night so that was a bonus. Street parking was easy and I didn’t have difficulty finding a spot the whole time I was there.

Delanie was a very great, responsive host and she gave clear instructions on how to find and access the unit. The main thing is that this studio is separated from another Airbnb unit by only a locked door. Noise from the floor above/beside you will echo because of the paper thin walls. We unfortunately got a group of partiers that were inconsiderately loud in the other unit. I messaged Delanie at 11pm about it and she responded quickly that she will ask them to turn it down. However, the other group clearly didn't read her message or just ignored it, because they played loud dubstep/party music UNTIL 5AM! It was so loud that we could hear it through our earplugs. I usually sleep like the dead, but even I couldn't sleep with all that noise. It seems like it would be a fine unit if whoever is beside you is even slightly considerate and relatively quiet overnight. But just know that you are really taking your chances with something you have no control over.

This was a nice place to stay, there’s lots to do nearby and you can walk or drive. It wasn’t hard to find street parking, and I felt safe walking around at night. The first night was noisy but the host was very responsive and I had no further issues with noise. The unit was clean, however there were several ants in the kitchen and bathroom. They did have traps set out for the ants, however, many were still alive. The host sent over recommendations things to do in Portland before our stay, and was thorough in her check in and check out directions.
